When sending mail to the PVPO by Federal Express, the "sender" is responsible for paying the bill; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
IMMEDIATELY:
All Plant Variety Protection Applicants who are sending seed from outside of the United States will be required to obtain a Phytosanitary Certificate before sending the 3,000 seeds with the PVP application. Guidelines for Getting a Phytosanitary Certificate to Ship PVP Seed Samples to PVPO.
