The Blakely Laboratory provides testing for the presence of aflatoxin, ochratoxin, and vomitoxin on domestic and imported nuts, grains, and dried fruit.
The laboratory participates in a number of proficiency check sample programs for aflatoxin (i.e., pistachios, peanuts and peanut butter) and for oilseed composition. The laboratory serves as a reference laboratory and provides training in analytical testing procedures.
The Winter Haven Laboratory provides specialized food chemistry testing services for imported and domestic citrus products.
