The LPS Program works with such organizations and agencies as the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Agricultural Cooperative Development International (ACDI) and Volunteers in Overseas Cooperative Assistance (VOCA), USDA/Foreign Agricultural Service Cochran Fellowship Program, and others to assist foreign countries in the development, maintenance, and implementation of agricultural commodity standards, market news reporting services and livestock and meat grading programs. The LPS Program has ongoing or completed projects in such markets as Kazakhstan, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Venezuela, Argentina, and China.
