Program Handbook now includes additional appendices, including documentation forms and organic system plan (OSP) templates for all interested users. Created in partnership with the National Center for Appropriate Technology, these documents serve as helpful reference points to establish organic system plans and document activities on organic operations. Additionally, Pasture for Organic Ruminant Livestock: Understanding and implementing the NOP Pasture Rule is available to aid organic livestock producers.

NOP issues policy memo concerning the labeling of textiles that contain organic ingredients. See policy memo PM-11-14 in the Program Handbook. This document supersedes the NOP fact sheet titled ‘Labeling of Textiles under NOP Regulations’ (published July 2008).
