WASHINGTON, Feb. 2, 2001 - The Agricultural Marketing Service's February 2, 2001 news release entitled "USDA Enjoined from Implementing Class III Butterfat Price", stated that the public comment period on the tentative final decision on Class III and IV milk formulas would be extended until April 6, 2001. The earlier press release was in error. Therefore, the public comment period on the tentative final decision will end on February 5, 2001, as previously announced.
