On Tuesday, November 6, 2007, a proposed rule was published in the Federal Register (72 FR 62591) to increase fees and charges for egg, poultry, and rabbit grading, and audit services. The comment period ended on December 6, 2007. On Tuesday, March 4, 2008, a final rule was published in the Federal Register (73 FR 11517), making the changes effective March 30, 2008.
