Excluded transaction summaries show the volume and impact of transactions excluded from market reports released to the public under the Livestock Mandatory Reporting (LMR) program. For purposes of compiling these summaries, exclusions are defined as transactions that are omitted from LMR reports as a result of AMS reporters’ reviews of transactions during the preparation of market reports. .
