Federal Marketing Order Field Offices  
The Marketing Order and Agreement Division, Headquarters, is responsible for the overall administration of marketing agreement and order programs for fruits, vegetables, and specialty crops and can provide information on all programs and Section 8e import regulations.

Three marketing field offices carry out a variety of responsibilities regarding the development, promulgation, and administration of marketing agreement and order programs. Specifically, the offices are responsible for consulting, oversight, meeting attendance, review of compliance plans, preparation of committee selections, committee project approvals, marketing policy reviews, informal rulemaking, formal rulemaking preparations and referenda, new services support, and processing alleged violations (other than administrative adjudication actions). The offices also provide assistance on compliance with Section 8e of the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937.

This office is responsible for the following active marketing order programs: Florida citrus, Florida avocados, Vidalia onions, Florida tomatoes, Texas oranges and grapefruit, South Texas onions, multi-state cranberries, multi-state tart cherries, and Virginia-North Carolina potatoes. The office is also responsible for quality standards associated with domestic and imported peanuts, the Export Apple Act, and the Export Grape and Plum Act.
