The National Organic Program (NOP) has removed the Answers to Questions on Standards by NOP Staff, or NOP-AQSS, resource from the NOP website.

In September, 2010, the NOP replaced AQSS with the Program Handbook. This compilation of guidance documents, policy memos, and instructions is intended to clarify policies and assist those who own, manage, or certify organic operations with complying with NOP regulations.
