Accrediting Certifying Agents Approved to Issue TM-11 Export Certificates (PDF) has been updated to include QCS – Quality Certification Services, an accredited certifying agent. This approval allows QCS to issue TM-11 Export Certificates currently for the countries of Japan and Taiwan.
The National Organic Program (NOP) April 26 report is now posted in the National Organic Standards Board

Available now is a listing of previously certified organic operations whose certifications have been suspended or revoked since January 2010. A separate listing of operations whose organic certification has been reinstated is also available. Visit “Accreditation and Certification” page. These listings reflect data that accredited certifying agents (ACA) have submitted to the NOP since January 2010, and NOP will continue to update them each months as it receives information from ACAs.
NOP website updated to reflect surrender of State of Utah’s State Organic Program. State Organic Certifying Agency remains accredited as an NOP certifying agent.
