If you purchase equipment with SCBGP funds and plan to dispose of the equipment, an SF 428-C “Tangible Personal Property Report Disposition Request/Report” (
PDF) and if necessary the SF-428-S “Tangible Personal Property Report Supplemental Sheet” (
