These products can then imported for sale in the United States.

Scope. This agreement covers all USDA organic products produced in New Zealand and certified by a New Zealand government-accredited certifying agent.

Production Requirements. USDA organic regulations

Documentation. Standard United States import documentation

Labeling. Products produced under the agreement must meet all USDA organic labeling requirements. USDA Organic Seal
