The EU outlines its requirements in Chapter III of EC No 882/2004, as amended by EC No 1029/2008. Under the USDA ISO Guide 65 Program, certification bodies are expected to meet NOP 2611 and EC No 882/2004 Chapter III, as amended by EC No 1029/2008, as applicable to the CB’s scope of accreditation.
