Positives:
  • User-friendly
  • Aesthetically pleasing
  • Could provide additional information on the page

 
Negatives:
  • Very time consuming to create: each page would have to be programmed into the Stellent system. It will take IT at least 2 days to program the system – and only after that can the Webmaster create the content.
  • Could begin to get confusing for IT and Webmaster to maintain depending on number of pages that need to be created (number of QAs we maintain). Could this involve hundreds and hundreds of pages eventually?
  • May be more than we need – if the answer is all of a few words or one sentence, does it require an entire page?
