AMS performs facility audits that meet the needs of produce buyers and sellers. In partnership with State agencies and trade groups, our audit programs are based on the current body of scientific knowledge and internationally recognized quality management system protocols.

 
Our newer audit programs reflect market demand for greater food safety assurance as a quality attribute of products being marketed. Whether our audits are performed in the fresh, fresh-cut, processed or wholesale segments of the industry, our goal is to administer credible audit services, with highly trained Federal and State personnel.
