Effective February 1, 2013, the requirements to export beef and beef products to Japan were changed, and participation in the ARC 1030J EV Program for Japan is no longer required. Requirements to export beef to Japan are now addressed under the GVD 1035A Procedure, QSA LT30 Program for Japan, Korea, and Taiwan.
